Sixth Form mock elections
Posted on: 21/05/2018Sixth formers at The Henry Box School held a mock election on Friday 18th May. 6 Year 12 students gave passionate speeches outlining the policies of the 6 main political parties. The Green Party won the election with 30% of the vote, Labour was second with 24.1% and Conservative came in 3rd with 20.8%. Democracy is alive at The Henry Box School as the students will be voting for the new head boy and girl in Term 6.
We would like to congratulate all 6 of the speakers as they delivered excellent speeches.
