Oxfordshire Mischief Makers Summer Reading Challenge 2018

A local library is a creative, relaxed and safe place for young people to start volunteering.

Oxfordshire County Council is offering young people aged 13-24 the chance to help with the ‘Mischief Makers’ Summer Reading Challenge from 14th July – 15^th September 2018. This is a national scheme which encourages children to read during the holidays. Students may be involved in tasks such as

• Putting up displays
• Helping children to find books
• Listening to children talk about their books
• Helping with themed activities

Training and support will be provided.
