North Oxon Athletics Championships
Posted on: 22/05/2018
On Wednesday 16th May, five students represented The Henry Box School in the North Oxon Athletics Championships. All five students did extremely well in their age groups and set very high standards
In the intermediate girls category, we performed exceptionally well, winning both the 800m and 1500m going through to the County Championships in June. We performed exceptionally well in the 400m achieving 2nd place. The Junior girls long jump event achieved 7th overall and we made it through to the finals of the 200m. A challenging but enjoyable100m race was also run.
Well done to all participants.
